Policies
Shipping
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Handling time depends on the stock status shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available.
Returns and cancellations
Sealed items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and still factory sealed. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Cancellations are accepted before an order ships; once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Damage in transit
If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item(s). We will work with you on a replacement or refund when applicable.
Preorders
Preorders ship when the product releases and stock is received. If allocation occurs, we fulfill in the order purchases were placed. Preorder cancellations are allowed until the distributor locks the order.
